Booking Policy
Reservation Requirements
All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Group bookings (10+ people) require advance notice of at least 7 days.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment can be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Credit Union. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund
- Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability
House Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- No smoking in rooms or indoor areas
- Respectful behavior and modest dress required
- Visitors must be registered at reception
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted on premises
Liability
SMA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest's account.
Privacy
We collect and use your personal information solely for booking purposes and to improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to process your booking.
