Reservation Requirements

All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Group bookings (10+ people) require advance notice of at least 7 days.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon booking confirmation via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cheque. No reservation is confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are eligible for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable except in emergency circumstances.

Group Discounts

Groups of 10 or more guests qualify for special group rates. Contact us directly for customized group packages and pricing.

Quiet Hours & Atmosphere

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment conducive to prayer and reflection. We ask all guests to be mindful of others seeking spiritual renewal.

Dress Code & Conduct

Respectful behavior and modest dress are expected throughout the retreat centre. We maintain an alcohol-free and smoke-free environment to preserve the sacred atmosphere.

Chapel & Prayer Spaces

Our chapel is open 24/7 for personal prayer and meditation. Please maintain silence in and around all prayer spaces. Mobile phones should be set to silent mode.

Meals & Dining

Meals are available upon request with advance notice. We accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs during booking.

What is included in the room rate?

Room rates include accommodation, basic amenities, access to prayer spaces, gardens, and common areas. Meals, additional services, and special programs are available separately.

Are meals provided?

Meals are available upon request with advance notice. We offer simple, nutritious meals that support a contemplative atmosphere. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Is the centre open to people of all faiths?

Yes, we welcome people of all backgrounds who are seeking spiritual growth, peace, and reflection. While we are a Catholic institution, our doors are open to all sincere seekers.

What should I bring for my retreat?

Bring comfortable, modest clothing, personal toiletries, any medications, spiritual reading materials, a notebook or journal, and an open heart. Basic linens and towels are provided.

Is WiFi available?

Limited WiFi is available for essential communication. However, we encourage digital detox during your retreat to enhance your spiritual experience and connection with God.

Can I extend my stay?

Extensions are possible subject to room availability. Please contact our staff as early as possible if you wish to extend your spiritual retreat.
